新时代高校立德树人根本使命与大学生思想政治教育

摘　　要：高等教育的快速发展,引起高校教育模式和人才培养模式的一系列重要变化。为此,高校要充分运用市场导向和职业导向,进一步明确思想政治教育的目标和要求,更加坚定以德为先、育人为本原则,更好完成新时代高校立德树人根本使命。要根据大学生学习规律和认知规律,进行教学模式、方法、内容、理念的创新与改革,在全面提升教育教学的整体实效性和针对性的同时,使基于高校立德树人根本使命的思想政治教育取得更加理想的成效。The rapid development of higher education has caused a series of important changes in the mode of higher education and personnel training.Therefore,colleges and universities should make full use of market ori⁃entation and career orientation,further clarify the objectives and requirements of Ideological and political education,and more firmly adhere to the principle of morality first and people-oriented,so as to better accomplish the fundamental mission of moral education in Colleges and universities in the new era.We should innovate and reform the teaching mode,method,content and concept according to the learning and cognitive rules of college stu⁃dents,so as to make the ideological and political education based on the fundamental mission of moral education achieve more ideal results while comprehensively improving the overall effectiveness and pertinence of education and teaching.
