我国中小学中竞技体育的引入及有效开展研究

摘　　要：竞技体育有其特殊的社会价值,对青少年的成长中有不可忽略的重要作用。新中国成立以来,竞技体育得到了政府和社会的重视,获得了快速的发展,并取得了优异的成绩。但是,我国中小学中竞技体育的发展没有得到相应的重视,几乎还是一片空白。竞技体育和学校体育并不冲突,竞技体育应该是学校体育的重要组成部分。竞技体育在中小学课程中开展存在师资力量薄弱,尤其是缺乏高水平教练、场地器材缺乏、学训矛盾难以解决、校园竞技体育赛事系统不够完善、缺少必要的训练和参赛经费等诸多困难,只有通过明确竞技体育在中小学体育中的作用并引进体育课堂、加强体育师资的引进和培养,建立高水平教练员进入中小学的机制、完善场地器材配套设施、鼓励学校之间资源共享、科学训练,合理安排,处理好学习与训练的关系,完善校园体育赛事体制,打破中小学难以参加高水平赛事壁垒等手段,才有可能实现竞技体育在我国中小学中的引进及有效开展。Competitive sport has its special social value and plays an important role in the growth of teenagers.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,competitive sports have received the attention of the government and society,obtained rapid development,and achieved excellent results.However,the development of competitive sports in primary and secondary schools in our country has not received corresponding attention.There should be no conflict between competitive sports and school sports,and competitive sports should be an important part of school sports.There are many difficulties in the development of competitive sports courses in primary and secondary schools,such as the lack of teachers(especially the lack of high-level coaches),the lack of field equipment,the difficulty in solving the contradiction between learning and training,the imperfect system of campus competitive sports events,and the lack of necessary training and competition funds.Only by clarifying the role of competitive sports in primary and secondary school sports,introducing physical education classes,strengthening the introduction and training of physical education teachers,establishing a mechanism for high-level coaches to enter primary and secondary schools,improving the supporting facilities of venues and equipment,encouraging the sharing of resources between schools,scientific training,reasonable arrangement,dealing with the relationship between learning and training,and improving the system of campus sports events,Only by breaking the barriers that primary and secondary schools are difficult to participate in high-level competitions,can competitive sports be introduced and effectively carried out in primary and secondary schools in China.
