摘 要:目的了解广州市六年级学生超重、肥胖、低体重现状及其对身体素质的影响。方法应用简单随机抽样方法,共选取广州市11个辖区的7779名小学六年级的健康学生作为受试对象,其中男生4403名,女生3376名。应用WGOC标准筛查学生超重、肥胖以及低体重状况,按照全国体质调研体测要求测试学生身高、体重、肺活量、50米×8往返跑、坐位体前屈,1 min跳绳,1 min仰卧起坐。结果六年级男生低体重率、超重率以及肥胖率分别为11.31%、9.68%、和6.77%;女生体重率、超重率以及肥胖率分别为7.91%、8.53%、3.82%。男生低体重率、超重率以及肥胖率都显著高于女生,但总体低于2014年全国平均水平广州市六年级女生低体重组的肺活量(1934±592ml)、50米跑(9.7±1.1 s)、坐位体前屈(9.3±7.1 cm)以及50米×8往返跑成绩(115±16s)都显著低于正常组(2065±578ml;9.4±1.0s;10.3±6.4cm;113±15s,p<0.05);超重组的50米跑(9.6±1.0s)、1 min仰卧起坐(32±10个)、50米×8往返跑成绩(116±15s)都显著低于正常组(9.4±1.0s;34±10个;113±15s,p<0.05);肥胖组的50米跑(9.8±1.1 s)、1 min跳绳(105±29个)、1 min仰卧起坐(31±10个)以及50米×8往返跑成绩(120±18s)都显著低于正常组(9.4±1.0s,117±29个,34±10个;113±15s,p<0.05)。广州市六年级男生低体重组的肺活量(2066±571 ml)、坐位体前屈(6.3±7.2cm)、50米跑成绩都显著低于正常组(2225±602ml,7.1±6.4cm,p<0.05);超重组和肥胖组的50米跑(9.6±1.1 s,9.7±1.3s)、1 min跳绳(100±32个,97±34)、1 min仰卧起坐(33±10个,33±10个)以及50米×8往返跑成绩(118±18s,122±21 s)都显著低于正常组(9.2±1.1 s;112±31个;36±10个;110±16s,p<0.05)。相关性分析显示,广州市女生肺活量与BMI呈非常显著正相(r=0.156),男生、女生的50米跑、50米×8往返跑时间与BMI都呈非常显著正相关(r=0.068,r=0.043,r=0.050,r=0.075,p<0.01),而男生和女生的1 min仰卧起坐与BMI呈非常显著负相关(r=-0.050Objective:To understand the current situation of overweight,obesity and low weight of sixth grade students in Guangzhou and its influence on their physical quality.Methods:7779 sixth grade healthy primary school students from 11 districts in Guangzhou were selected as subjects by simple random sampling method,including 4403 boys and 3376 girls.The WGOC standard was used to screen the overweight,obesity and low weight of the students.According to the requirements of the national physique survey,the height,weight,vital capacity,50 m×8 back and forth running,sit forward bending,1 min rope skipping and 1 min sit up were tested.Results:The rates of underweight,overweight and obesity were 11.31%,9.68%,6.77%for boys and 7.91%,8.53%,3.82%for girls.The low weight rate,overweight rate and obesity rate of boys were significantly higher than those of girls,but overall lower than the national average level in 2014,the lung capacity(1934±592ml),50 meter run(9.7±1.1 s),sitting forward flexion(9.3±7.1 cm)and 50 meter×8 round-trip run(115±16S)of girls in Grade 6 in Guangzhou were significantly lower than those in the normal group(2065±578ml;9.4±1.0s;10.3±6.4cm;113±15s,P<0.05).The results of super recombined 50m(9.6±1.0s),1 min sit ups(32±10)and 50m×8 round-trip(116±15s)were significantly lower than those of normal group(9.4±1.0s;34±10;113±15s,P<0.05);the results of 50m(9.8±1.1 s),1 min rope skipping(105±29),1 min sit ups(31±10)and 50m×8 round-trip(120±18S)in obesity group were significantly lower than the normal group(9.4±1.0s,117±29,34±10;113±15s,P<0.05).The results of lung capacity(2066±571 ml),sit forward flexion(6.3±7.2cm)and 50 meter run in the sixth grade boys in Guangzhou were significantly lower than those in the normal group(2225±602ml,7.1±6.4cm,P<0.05);50 meter run(9.6±1.1 s,9.7±1.3s),1 minute rope skipping(100±32,97±34),1 minute sit ups(33±10,33±10)and 50 meter×8 round-trip run in the super recombination and obesity groups Results(118±18S,122±21 s)were significantly lower than tha
