摘　　要：为了提高大学生体质健康水平,减缓大学生体质下滑趋势,各个高校纷纷展开了课程改革。经过多年的改革,大学生体质健康状况如何?在改革攻坚阶段需要全面掌握这些信息,以便为课程改革提供依据与参考意见。为了掌握浙江省普通高校大学生体质健康状况,运用测量法、统计分析法对浙江科技学院2014-2019级大一学生1800人进行了研究。研究结果显示,浙江省普通高校学生身体形态、身体机能发育良好,女生指标好于男生;浙江省普通高校学生身体素质较好。男生的爆发力好于女生,但是在柔韧性、耐力素质上弱于女生。男生的上肢力量尤为薄弱。建议在后续课程改革过程中,针对大学生身体素质教学内容的选择要科学、合理。In order to improve the physical health level of college students and slow down the decline of their physical fitness,various colleges and universities have launched curriculum reform.After years of reform,how is the physical health condition of college students?In order to provide the basis and reference for the curriculum reform,it is necessary to master related information in the reform stage.In order to master the physical health status of college students in Zhejiang Province,a study was conducted among 1800 freshmen in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2019 by means of measurement and statistical analysis.The results show that the students’body shape and function are well developed,and the indexes of female students are better than that of male students.The male student’s explosive power is better than the female student,while weaker in flexibility and endurance.Males’upper body strength is particularly weak.It is suggested that in the follow-up curriculum reform,the selection of teaching content for college students’physical quality should be more scientific and reasonable.
