定向越野对大学生心理素质的影响研究

摘　　要：改善大学生的心理健康,是当前高校急需解决的问题。本文以定向越野对大学生心理素质的影响为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对重庆理工大学200名学生的心理素质进行调查分析。研究结果显示,实验组学生的应付挫折能力、合作能力、注意力等8项心理素质高于对照组,二者在调节情绪能力方面无明显差异。由此说明,定向越野对大学生的心理素质具有积极的促进作用。因此,学校应在资金投入、课程设置、师资配备、组织制度等方面提供保障;教师应强化自身能力素养,提高学生运动兴趣;家长应营造和谐健康的家庭氛围,激励孩子参与兴趣;学生应树立“健康第一”的理念,深入了解定向越野项目的特点,主动参与。To improve the mental health of college students is an urgent problem to be solved in colleges and universities.This paper takes the influence of orienteering on the psychological quality of college students as the research object,uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on to investigate and analyze the psychological quality of 200 students in Chongqing University of Technology.The results show that the experimental group students’ability to deal with frustration,cooperation,attention and other 8 psychological qualities are higher than the control group,and there is no significant difference in emotional regulation between the two groups.This shows that directional cross-country has a positive role in promoting the psychological quality of college students.Therefore,schools should provide guarantees in the aspects of capital investment,curriculum design,faculty allocation and organizational system.Teachers should strengthen their own ability and improve students’interest in sports;parents should create a harmonious and healthy family atmosphere to encourage children’s participation and interest;students should establish the concept of“health first”,deeply understand the characteristics of orienteering and participate actively.
