硫糖铝混悬液联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析硫糖铝混悬液联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治隆起糜烂性胃炎患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。参照组采用奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,研究组采用硫糖铝混悬液联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)及胃泌素浓度(GAS-17)水平均高于参照组,胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症因子水平均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隆起糜烂性胃炎应用硫糖铝混悬液联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,可起到协同效果,不仅使炎症反应减轻,同时可加快胃黏膜功能恢复速度。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sulfide and aluminum suspension combined with omeprazole enteric coated tablet in the treatment of erosion gastritis of eminence.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,64 patients with erosive gastritis of eminence were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.The study group was treated with sulfide and aluminum suspension combined with omeprazole enteric coated tablets.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The concentrations of pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and gastrin(GAS-17)in the study group were higher than the control group,and the levels of pepsinogen genⅡ(PGⅡ)in the study group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-8,IL-10,TNF-αand other inflammatory cytokines in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sulfide and aluminum suspension combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of ridged-erosion gastritis can play a synergic effect,which can not only reduce the inflammatory response,but also accelerate the recovery of gastric mucosa function.
