更昔洛韦眼药水治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的:分析更昔洛韦眼药水治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治单疱病毒性角膜炎患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组接受常规治疗;试验组给予更昔洛韦眼药水治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组视力上升1行的比例高于对照组,10个月内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在单疱病毒性角膜炎患者治疗中,更昔洛韦眼药水能够促进患者病情恢复,且有效预防疾病复发,安全可靠。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and adverse reactions of ganciclovir ophthalmic water in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,82 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The experimental group was treated with ganciclovir ophthalmic water.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of visual acuity increased by 1 row in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate within 10 months was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with herpes simplex keratitis,ganciclovir ophthalmic water can promote the recovery of the patients,and effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease,which is safe and reliable.
