摘 要:高质量的幼儿园需要有效的领导力和全面的、运作良好的管理政策及系统。全美幼儿教育协会(NAEYC)通过颁行持续改进的早期学习项目认证标准与评价指标,对幼教机构管理者领导力和管理提出认证标准与评价指标。NAEYC幼教机构管理者认证标准明确管理者、领导者和教育者于一身的专业角色定位,并强调管理者的财务会计问责、人力管理与机构评价的专业职能。我国园长专业标准应突出管理者的职能定位,园长标准结构应聚焦园长的领导与管理职责,园长认证标准应基于可操作的分类指标体系,园长领导力评估应以自我评价为主,从而促进园长的专业能力及幼儿园的良性发展。High quality kindergartens need effective leadership and comprehensive,well-functioning management policies and sys-tems.NAEYC puts forward certification standards and evaluation indicators for the leadership and management of managers in pre-school education institutions by promulgating accreditation standards and evaluation indicators for the continuous improvement of early learning programs.The NAEYC Certification Criterial for Managers of Early Childhood Education Institutions first defines the profes-sional role of managers,leaders and educators,and then emphasizes the professional functions of managers in financial accountability,human resources management and organizational evaluation.The professional standard of principals in China should highlight the func-tional orientation of managers,the standard structure of principals should focus on the leadership and management responsibilities of principals,the certification standard of principasl should be based on the operational classification index system,and the leadership evaluation of principals should focus on self-evaluation,so as to promote their professional ability as well as the sound development of kindergartens.
