摘　　要：“习近平青年教育观”作为我们党在新时代的代表思想观点,为高校做好青年的思想政治教育工作指明了前进方向和工作路径。高校青年思想政治教育工作要以“习近平青年教育观”作为指导思想,牢牢把握“培养什么人、怎样培养人,以及为谁培养人”这个根本问题,围绕青年教师职业发展和青年学生成长成才,从理想信念、勤学修德、开拓创新等多重维度,全方位搭建思想政治教育工作新格局,做到因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,引领高校青年思想政治教育工作进入新局面。As the representative view of the new era,Xi Jinping’s youth education view provides the advancing direction and work path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The ideological and political education for college youth should take Xi Jinping’s youth education view as the guiding ideology,and firmly hold the fundamental issue of“who to train,how to train and for whom to train”.We should consider the career development of young teachers and the development of young students and construct the new pattern of ideological and political education work in an all-round way through the multiple dimensions of ideal and faith,diligent learning and moral cultivation,virtue and creativity.Furthermore,we should change according to the issue,advance according to the time and change according to the circumstances,and lead the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities into a new situation.
