摘 要:大学生职业发展教育课程引入"课程思政"理念后,已逐步探索融合且取得了一定成效,但在教学理念、教学内容、师资队伍、教学方法等方面仍存在一定的不足。通过教学实践总结,提出了大学生职业发展教育课程的相关教学改革策略,唤醒大学生职业发展意识和职业价值导向,创新优化课程建设,不断提升教学质量,引导大学生不断增强社会价值认同及规划学习能力,不断完善自我,实现人生价值,完成"立德树人"与"职业发展教育育人"的双重责任。After introducing the concept of“curriculum ideological and political education”into the course of Career Development Education for college students,we have gradually explored the integration and have achieved certain results.However,there are still some deficiencies in teaching philosophy,teaching contents,teaching faculty,teaching methods and so on.Through the summary of teaching practice,this paper puts forward the relevant teaching reform strategies of the course of Career Development Education,aims to wake up the consciousness of career development and career value orientation of college students,innovates and optimizes the course construction,continuously improves the teaching quality,guides college students to constantly enhance their social value identification and planning learning ability to continuously improve themselves and realize life value,so as to complete the dual responsibilities of“building morality and cultivating talents”and“cultivating talents by career development education”.
