提升高校经济业务层面日常有效监督研究

摘　　要：目前,如何通过日常监督,加强制度建设、预防腐败现象、提升学校综合竞争力是各高校的重点任务。在全面从严治党的大背景下如何从经济业务层面加强对日常活动的监管是各大高校都面临的一项挑战。从预算管理、收入管理、支出管理、资产管理和信息化管理五个方面对当前高校普遍面临的问题进行了概述并提出相应的解决方案。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has firmly promoted the comprehensive and strict governance of the party,and actively carried out the construction of party style and clean government and the fight against corruption.Under the background of comprehensively and strictly governing,how to strengthen the supervision of daily activities from the economic and business level is a challenge faced by all major universities.This article outlines the problems that colleges and universities currently face in terms of budget management,income management,expenditure management,asset management and information management,and proposes corresponding solutions.
