上海市大豆及豆腐转基因成分检测

摘　　要：转基因食品的安全已成为一个公共争论的焦点。中国每年都进口大量抗除草剂(草甘膦)的转基因大豆用于榨油,这些转基因大豆是否会脱离监管流入市场是人们担心的问题。为了对上海市市场流通的大豆和豆腐进行转基因初步筛查,我们在上海市各区采集不同品牌的大豆样品29份和豆腐样品12份,以三对外源基因的特异性引物:花椰菜花叶病毒CaMV 35SP启动子、根癌农杆菌胭脂碱合成酶基因(NOS)终止子和抗除草剂基因CP4-EPSPS及一对大豆内源基因(大豆凝集素,Lectin)引物对所有样品基因组DNA进行扩增。实验结果显示,所有样品均扩增出内源基因(Lectin)片段,且都未检出外源基因(CaMV 35S-P启动子、NOS终止子、CP4-EPSPS基因)片段。以上实验结果表明在上海市场上销售的上述大豆和豆腐产品均不含有上述三种目的基因的转基因成分,表明上海市场的大豆及豆制品目前受到良好的监管。The safety of genetically modified foods has become a focus of public debate.China imports a large number of herbicide-resistant(glyphosate)GM soybeans for oil extraction every year.Whether these genetically modified soybeans escape supervision and enter the market is a question worthy of attention.In order to conduct preliminary genetic screening of soybeans and tofu circulating in the Shanghai market,we collected 29 soybean samples and 12 tofu samples of different brands in Shanghai.Three pairs of specific primers for exogenous genes were used:cauliflower mosaic virus CaMV 35S-P S promoter,agrobacterium tumefaciens nopaline synthase gene(NOS)terminator and functional gene CP4-EPSPS;and a pair of soybean endogenous gene(Soybean agglutinin,Lectin)primers for genomic DNA amplification of all samples.The results showed that all the samples amplified the endogenous gene(Lectin)fragment,and no foreign gene(CaMV 35S-P S promoter,NOS terminator,CP4-EPSPS gene)fragment was detected.The above experimental results show that the above soybean and tofu products sold in the Shanghai market do not contain genetically modified ingredients,indicating that the soybean and soybean products in the Shanghai market are currently under good supervision.
