摘 要:针对某商用车副簧的轻量化需求,基于原多片式钢质副簧结构的刚强度、重量、尺寸等技术要求,通过对复合材料副簧的结构设计、铺层设计等关键因素进行研究,研制出外观合格的复合材料副簧产品。后续对复合材料副簧进行台架试验的结果表明:复合材料副簧刚度的理论设计值与试验值百分比误差为2.27%,进行20万次疲劳测试后副簧的刚度衰减值为4%,顺利通过台架试验。证明所提出的设计方法和研制工艺正确有效,对同形式的复合材料结构制品在汽车行业的应用具有重大意义。In response to the lightweight demand of a commercial vehicle auxiliary spring,based on the rigid strength,weight,size and other technical requirements of the original multi-piece steel auxiliary spring structure,the key factors such as the structural design and layer design of the composite auxiliary spring were studied and a composite auxiliary spring product with a qualified appearance was developed.Subsequent bench test results of the composite material auxiliary spring show that the theoretical design value of the composite material auxiliary spring’s stiffness is 2.27%from the experimental value.The attenuation value of the auxiliary spring’s stiffness after 200,000 fatigue tests is 4%,which successfully passed the bench test.It is proved that the proposed design method and development process are correct and effective,which is of great significance to the application of the same type of composite structure products in the automotive industry.
