摘  要:中国特色社会主义进入新时代,经济增长已经从高速增长阶段向高质量发展阶段转变,从粗放型向集约型转变,由此造成的产业转型升级给高职教育带来了巨大的机遇与挑战。作为影响高职教育质量的重要因素,"双师型"师资队伍为经济社会培养了大量技能型人才,其建设对高职教育的发展尤为重要。本文对新时代下高职"双师型"师资的内涵进行了进一步界定,并尝试探索高职院校"双师型"师资队伍的建设路径。As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,economic growth has been transformed from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality,from extensive to intensive.The resulting industrial transformation and upgrading has brought great opportunities and challenges to higher vocational education.As an important factor affecting the quality of higher vocational education,"position"teachers have trained a large number of skilled talents for the economy and society,and its construction is particularly important for the development of higher vocational education.This paper further defines the connotation of"double-position"teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and tries to explore the construction path of"double-position"teachers in higher vocational colleges.
