摘　　要：目的:探究软组织水平种植体在后牙区单颗牙缺失修复中不同愈合方式对早期边缘骨吸收(MBL)的影响。方法:收集进行软组织水平种植体植入术的患者,筛选符合纳入标准的患者46例,进行回顾性研究,分析愈合方式对种植愈合期及负载后1年时MBL量的影响。结果:在愈合期埋入式愈合组(SH,n=21)边缘骨吸收(MBL)量明显低于非埋入式愈合组(NSH,n=25)(P<0.05),负载1年时两组的MBL量没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:软组织水平种植体植入时可以采用埋入式愈合的手术方式,可能有助于减少其在愈合期的MBL,但对减少负载后的MBL没有帮助。Objective:To investigate the effects of different healing methods of soft tissue horizontal implant on early marginal bone loss(MBL)in the restoration of a single missing tooth in the posterior tooth area.Methods:The data of 46 patients underwent the treatment with soft tissue horizontal dental implants(system)were selected by the inclusion criteria of this retrospective study.The effects of different healing methods on MBL during the healing period and one year after loading were analyzed.Results:In the ealing period,the MBL in the submerged healing group(SH,n=21)was significantly lower than that in the non submerged healing group(NSH,n=25)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the MBL between the 2 groups one year after loading(P>0.05).Conclusion:Submerged healing may help to reduce the MBL during the healing period of soft tissue level implant,but not after loading.
