摘　　要：根管形态的变异会增加根管治疗难度,其中S形双弯曲根管一直是根管治疗中的难点,现报道2例上颌第二前磨牙S形根管的根管治疗。The variation of root canal system increases the difficulty of root canal treatment.S-shaped double curved root canal system has always been difficult in root canal treatment.This paper reports endodontic treatment of maxillary second premolar with S-shaped root canal in 2 cases.
