应用CBCT对下颌尖牙和下颌第一磨牙颊舌向倾斜度和牙弓宽度的测量效果观察

摘  要:目的评价应用CBCT测量下颌尖牙和下颌第一磨牙颊舌向倾斜度及牙弓宽度的可靠性。方法选择未经正畸治疗的研究样本78人,其中男性37名,女性41名;平均年龄为13.2±0.96岁。测量在CBCT冠状面上牙体长轴与水平线间的颊舌倾斜度以及下颌尖牙间和下颌第一磨牙间牙弓宽度。结果下颌尖牙颊舌向倾斜度为98.0±15.45°,下颌磨牙颊舌向倾斜度为74.6±16.32°;下颌尖牙间牙弓宽度为26.0±6.57mm;下颌磨牙间牙弓宽度为40.9±15.48mm。与应用传统的测量方法在石膏模型上获得的值进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用CBCT和DICOM测量软件测量下颌尖牙和下颌第一磨牙颊舌向倾斜度和牙弓宽度是一种可靠的测量方法。Objective To develop a reliable method to measure buccolingual inclination and dental width of mandibular canines and first molars,and to evaluate the reliability of the measurement method.Methods The sample consisted of 37 boys and 41 girls untreated orthodontic patients averaging 13.2±0.96 years.A line tangent to the inferior border of the mandible and the long axis of the tooth measured buccolingual inclination.And intercanine and intermolar widths were measured on CBCT.Results The mean mandibular canine inclination was 98.0±15.45°,with mean width 26.0±6.57mm.The mean mandibular molar inclination was 74.6±16.32°with mean width 40.9±15.48mm.There were no statistical difference compared with the result of traditional plaster model measurement(P>0.05).Conclusions It is a reliable method to measure buccolingual inclination and arch width of mandibular canines and first molars by CBCT and DICOM.
