摘 要:“中国制造”向“中国创造”转变背景下的中小企业,对员工创新能力的要求不断提高。服务中小企业转型升级的高职电气自动化专业不仅要培养自动化操作技能,更要结合中小企业的不同情况,培养融合岗位创新的“二次开发与应用”能力。以融合岗位创新的“整合职业能力”观为指导,构建单元、装置、系统为主线的“三级递进”课程体系,施行“1+X”探究式项目教学,研发以生产现场为背景的系列实训设备,实施“三结合”教学质量评价,可以明显提高学生的岗位适应能力。Under the background of the transformation from“Made in China”to“Created in China”,small and medium-sized enterprises have continuously improved their requirements for employees’innovation ability.The electrical automation major in higher vocational colleges,serving the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises,should not only cultivate the automation operation skills,but also cultivate the ability of“secondary development and application”integrating post innovation by combining the different situations of small and medium-sized enterprises.Guided by the concept of“integrated professional ability”of post innovation,to construct the“three-level progressive”curriculum system with unit,device and system as the main line and implement“1+X”inquiry project teaching;to research and develop a series of training equipment based on the background of production site and implement“three combination”teaching quality evaluation,which can obviously improve students’ability to adapt to the post.
