摘  要:【目的】探讨发酵型纳米中草药制剂替代抗生素饲料添加剂对育肥猪生产性能及胴体品质的影响。【方法】200头出生时间(45±2日龄)、体重31.5 kg左右的健康无病杜长大三元杂交猪被随机分为A组(饲喂无抗基础日粮)、B组(饲喂有抗基础日粮)、C组(饲喂无抗基础日粮+0.1%发酵型纳米中草药制剂)、D组(饲喂无抗基础日粮+0.3%发酵型纳米中草药制剂)和E组(饲喂无抗基础日粮+0.5%发酵型纳米中草药制剂)。试验期为90 d,结束时测定其生产性能和胴体指标。【结果】B、C、D和E组猪的末重、日增重(ADG)和日采食量(ADFI)较A组极显著提高(P<0.01),F/G极显著降低(P<0.01);与B组相比,E组ADG显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。B、C、D和E组猪的屠宰率和胴体长较A组极显著提高(P<0.01);与B组相比,D和E组的屠宰率极显著提高(P<0.01)。【结论】发酵型纳米中草药制剂具有优于抗生素添加剂的促生长效果,并能明显改善育肥猪的胴体品质。【Objective】It is to investigate the effect of fermented nano Chinese herbal medicine on the production performance and carcass quality of Growing-Finishing pigs.【Method】200 healthy and disease-free DLY Growing-Finishing pigs with similar birth time(45±2 d)and body weight of about 31.5 kg were randomly divided into group A(fed with non-antibiotic basal diet),group B(fed with antibi-otic basal diet),group C(fed with non-antibiotic basal diet+0.1%fermented nano Chinese herbal medi-cine preparation),group D(fed with non-antibiotic basal diet+0.3%fermented nano Chinese herbal medicine preparation)and group E(fed with non-antibiotic basal diet+0.5%fermented nano Chinese herbal medicine preparation).The experiment lasted for 90 days.At the end of the experiment,the pro-duction performance and carcass indexes were measured.【Result】The final weight,ADG and ADFI of group B,C,D and E were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.01),and F/G was significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.01).Compared with group B,ADG of group E were significantly in-creased(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The slaughter rate and carcass length of pigs in groups B,C,D and E were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.01),while the slaughter rate in groups D and E were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.01).【Conclu-sion】The effect of fermented nano Chinese herbal medicine preparation in promoting growth is better than that of antibiotic additives,and it can significantly improve the carcass quality of Growing-Finishing pigs.
