云南烤烟品种中部叶烘烤特性研究

摘　　要：为了解云南烤烟品种红花大金元、K326和云烟87的烘烤特性,以提高烟叶质量与经济效益,采用暗箱试验与生理生化测定试验,以中部适熟烟叶为材料,研究了3个烤烟品种烘烤时变黄与变褐时长、水分含量、叶绿素含量、PPO活性以及MDA变化情况。结果表明:云烟87变黄快,失水适中,易烤性好且褐变时间长,PPO活性小,耐烤性好;红花大金元变黄时间最长,失水快,易烤性最差,但褐变、PPO活性、耐烤性较好;K326的变黄时长居中,失水速度理想,易烤性较好,但褐变时间最短,PPO活性最大,耐烤性最差。这表明云烟87耐烤且易烤,红花大金元耐烤却不易烤,K326易烤而不耐烤。In order to understand the baking characteristics of Yunnan flue-cured tobacco varieties Honghuadajinyuan,K326 and Yunyan 87,and to improve the quality and economic benefits of tobacco leaves,the changes of yellowing and browning time,water content,chlorophyll content,PPO activity and MDA of three flue-cured tobacco varieties were studied by using the moderately mature tobacco leaves in the middle of stems as material via the dark box test and physiological and biochemical test.The results showed that Yunyan 87 had fast yellowing,moderate water loss,good easy-curing ability,long browning time,low PPO activity and good baking resistance;Honghuadajinyuan had the longest yellowing time,the fastest water loss and the worst easy-curing ability,but the browning,PPO activity and baking resistance were good;the yellowing time of K326 was moderate,the water loss rate was ideal,and the easy-curing ability was good,but the browning time was the shortest,PPO activity was the highest,and baking resistance was the worst.In summary,Yunyan 87 wasresistant and easy to baking,Honghuadajinyuan was resistant to baking but not easy to bake,K326 is easy to bake but not resistant to baking.
