摘  要:为进一步完善我国防震减灾教育体系,提升社会公众地震灾害防御能力,以防震减灾科普示范学校为例,通过文献法、访谈法和逻辑法等,对天津47所防震减灾科普示范学校建设现状开展分析研究。研究结果表明,天津市构建了“政府主导、地震部门牵头、多部门联动、学校参与、社会支持”的防震减灾科普示范学校创建格局,探索出了一批有亮点、可推广的工作经验,推动地震安全教育取得了明显成效,但仍然存在着区域分布不合理、基础设施不健全、宣传推广力度不够等问题。建议有关部门进一步完善政策体系,加大宣传力度,夯实基础设施,创新教育模式。In order to further improve China's earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation education system and enhance the public's ability to cope with earthquake disasters,we analyze the current situation of 47 earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation model schools in Tianjin by applying literature,interview and logic methods.The results show that the model schools in Tianjin have built a pattern of“led by the government,organized by earthquake departments,cooperated between departments,participated by schools and supported by the whole society”,and a number of bright and replicable experiences have been found to promote earthquake safety education with obvious effects.However,there are still problems such as unreasonable regional distribution,imperfect infrastructure and insufficient publicity.It is suggested that the relevant departments further improve the policy system,increase the publicity,strengthen the infrastructure,and innovate the education model.
