摘  要:在开放式创新范式下,领先用户成为企业创新的重要外部来源,研究其创新知识的共享机制对于企业凝聚外部创新资源,进而实现创新绩效的提升尤为重要。基于用户创新理论和自我决定理论,以户外运动爱好者为调查样本,采用问卷调查方法探究社交媒体中影响领先用户创新知识共享的核心要素和内在机理,实证研究共享动机(自主动机和受控动机)及信息资本(信息广度和信息质量)在二者关系中的作用。研究结果表明:领先用户特征对创新知识共享具有正向影响;共享动机在二者关系中发挥中介作用;信息资本对创新知识共享起正向调节作用。研究结果为企业突破创新传统思维、重视用户创新成果、激励领先用户积极共享创新知识提供理论依据与现实启示。Under the open innovation paradigm,lead users’innovation-related knowledge becomes vital innovation sources.It is necessary to research on the internal mechanism of its innovation-related knowledge sharing.Drawing upon user innovation theory and self-determination theory,the study explores the internal mechanism between users’lead userness and their innovation-related knowledge sharing in the social media context.The study also analyses the mediating role of users’knowledge sharing motivation(autonomous motivation and controlled motivation)and the moderating role of the information capital(breadth of information and quality of information).Based on an empirical analysis of the data from outdoor enthusiasts,it reveals that:Users’lead userness has significant and positive influence on innovation-related knowledge sharing behavior;Users’knowledge sharing motivation partial mediates the relationship between users’lead userness and innovation-related knowledge sharing behavior;information capital positive moderates innovation-related knowledge sharing behavior.This research is expected to provide useful implications which can help enterprises broken traditional closed innovation thoughts,paid attention to the user innovation performance,sought ways to inspire lead user to share innovation-related knowledge and promoted the integration of lead users’innovation-related knowledge finally.
