摘 要:基于客户需求进行了42 t轴重重载车轮优化设计,参照AAR S-660及EN13979-1标准分析其热机械强度、疲劳强度。通过结构优化及结果对比,所设计42 t轴重车轮应力水平低于某运用良好的同直径车轮(35.7 t轴重),同时得到辐板各部位参数对车轮应力的影响规律,为后续车轮设计提供一定的参考。Based on the customer’s demand,the optimization design of 42 t axle load heavy-duty wheel was carried out,and the thermal mechanical strength and fatigue strength were analyzed according to AAR S-660 and en13979-1 standards.Through structural optimization and result comparison,the stress level of the designed 42 t axle load wheel is lower than that of a well used wheel with the same diameter(35.7 t axle load).At the same time,the influence law of the parameters of each part of the spoke plate on the wheel stress is obtained,which provides a certain reference for the subsequent wheel design.
