摘  要:为进一步提高患者的就医体验,缓解患者“看病难”问题,从“以患者为中心”出发,采用信息化手段对门诊流程进行深度改造,大大降低患者就诊过程中对时间和空间的严重依赖,提高患者就诊体验;同时降低医护人员时间和精力消耗,提高医护人员工作效率。In order to further improve patients'medical experience and alleviate the problem of inaccessible medical resources,focused on patients,deep transformation was carried out on outpatient process through informatization method,so that patients'heavy dependence on time and space during medical treatment was largely reduced,and their medical experience was improved.Meanwhile,time and energy consumption of medical staffs was decreased,and their work efficiency was promoted.
