社会治理视角下智慧与物联网企业的用户创新机理研究

摘　　要：在智慧城市与物联网技术日益发展的新时代,用户创新也获得了新的创新渠道和方式。文章分析了面向社会治理主体的用户创新活动,提出面向社会治理主体的智慧与物联网企业的用户创新机理,并运用博弈模型进行了研究。研究结果表明:社会治理主体能通过治理和创新的综合行为获得有效激励。创新系统与社会治理系统能够顺利融合和长期合作的关键在于企业和政府通过智慧与物联网平台提供长效支持,这有助于创新激励的实现、成果的认可与保护以及关系契约的稳定缔结。In the new era,with the growing development of smart city and IoT technology,user innovation also obtains new innovation channels and ways.Through analyzing the user innovation activities oriented to the social governance subject,the user innovation mechanism of smart and IoT enterprises oriented to the social governance subject is proposed and the game model is applied in the research.The results show that the main body of social governance can get effective incentives through the comprehensive behavior of governance and innovation.The key to the smooth integration and long-term cooperation between innovation system and social governance system lies in the long-term support provided by enterprises and governments through smart and IoT platforms,which is conducive to the realization of innovation incentive,recognition and protection of achievements and stable conclusion of relational contracts.
