摘  要:目的探讨口腔医疗服务中的医患沟通途径。方法将2017年1—12月在医院的88例口腔疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为两组,即试验组(44例)与对照组(44例),试验组应用参与性互动模式进行医患沟通,对照组应用常规沟通模式,观察并对比两组患者对牙科专业知识的知晓率以及对医护人员的满意度。结果经护理,试验组患者对牙科专业知识的知晓率与对医护人员的满意度均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔医疗服务中应用参与性互动模式进行医患沟通能够显著提升患者对专业知识的知晓率与对医护人员的满意度,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the communication channels between doctors and patients in dental medical services.Methods The 88 patients with oral diseases who were in our hospital from January to December 2017 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method,namely the experimental group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases).The experimental group was used participatory interaction mode to communicate with doctors and patients,and the control group was used conventional communication mode to observe and compare the awareness rate of dental expertise and the satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups.Results After nursing,the awareness rate of dental expertise and the satisfaction of medical staff in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of participatory interactive mode for doctor-patient communication in dental medical services can significantly improve patients’awareness of professional knowledge and satisfaction with medical staff.It has high clinical application value.
