摘　　要：目的应用PDCA循环法,完善出院病历回收管理工作。方法2019年9月某院开展医疗质量持续改进工作,病案统计科以“提高出院病历及时归档率”为主题,采用PDCA循环法,对出院病历回收管理工作进行改进。对照组2019年1—8月(4—5月除外)未使用PDCA循环法的常规病案回收管理;观察组2019年9-12月使用PDCA循环法改进后的病案回收管理;通过对比使用PDCA循环法改进前后的每月3个、5个、7个工作日病案归档率,评价PDCA循环法在此轮改进中的效果。结果2019年9月实施PDCA循环法改进出院病历回收管理后,病案及时归档率显著提高,3个工作日归档率从改进前的28.07%提高至改进后的62.52%,5个工作日归档率从改进前的54.68%提高至改进后的86.21%,7个工作日归档率从改进前的74.19%提高至改进后的94.29%。结论PDCA循环法可以提高病案及时归档率,适合在病案管理工作中推广应用。Objective To improve the management of discharge of medical records by using PDCA cycle method.Methods In September 2019,a hospital started to continuously improve the quality of medical treatment.The medical records statistics department was taken the theme of“improving the timely filing rate of discharged medical records”and adopted the PDCA cycle method to improve the management of discharged medical records recovery.The control group from January to August 2019(except April to May 2019)was not used the conventional medical records recovery management of the PDCA cycle method;the observation group was used the PDCA circulation method to improve the medical records recovery management from September to December 2019;by comparison,the PDCA cycle was used before and after the improvement of the method,the working file filing rate was 3 working days,5 working days,and 7 working days per month,and the effect of the PDCA cycle method in this round of improvement was evaluated.Results After implementing the PDCA circular method to improve the management of discharged medical records in September 2019,the timely filing rate of medical records increased significantly.The filing rate in 3 working days increased from 28.07%before the improvement to 62.52%after the improvement.From 54.68%before improvement to 86.21%after improvement in 5 working days,the filing rate for 7 working days increased from 74.19%before improvement to 94.29%after improvement.Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can improve the timely filing rate of medical records and is suitable for popularization and application in medical records management.
