跨学科干预模式应用于甲状腺癌患者术后的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究跨学科干预模式应用于甲状腺癌患者术后的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2019年12月于医院就诊的甲状腺癌患者术后70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和研究组(35例),对照组行常规干预模式,研究组在对照组的基础上行跨学科干预模式。观察两组患者术后恢复时间、营养状况、癌因性疲乏、并发症发生率。结果研究组术后开始进食时间、颈部开始活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组前白蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Piper疲乏自我评估量表评分(Piper fatigue self-assessment scale,PFS)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跨学科干预模式应用于甲状腺癌患者术后可促进患者恢复,改善营养状况,缓解癌因性疲乏,改善患者预后。Objective To study the effect of interdisciplinary intervention model applied to patients with thyroid cancer after operation.Methods 70 patients with thyroid cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(35 cases)and a research group(35 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was used conventional interverntion mode,the research group was used an interdisciplinary intervention model based on the control group.Observe the postoperative recovery time,nutritional status,cancer-related fatigue,and incidence of complications in the two groups.Results The time of food intake,neck activity and hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the content of prealbumin,albumin,and transferrin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Piper fatigue self-assessment scale(PFS)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interdisciplinary intervention model applied to patients with thyroid cancer after surgery can promote patient recovery,improve nutritional status,relieve cancer-related fatigue,improve patient prognosis.
