心理护理在白血病患者层流病房化疗期间护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理在白血病患者层流病房化疗期间护理中的应用。方法选取2018年5月—2020年6月医院收治的白血病层流病房化疗患者60例,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用心理护理。比较两组生存质量评分、总体幸福感量表(general well being schedule,GWB)、UCLA孤独量表(UCLA loneliness scale)、焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HAD)评分、人际关系敏感。结果研究组出层流病房时两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),跟踪干预半年后环境领域、社会关系领域、生理领域、心理领域评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组UCLA、HAD评分低于对照组(P<0.05),GWB评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在白血病患者层流病房化疗期间护理中,心理护理效果理想,可以有效的改善患者生存质量评分。Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in the laminar flow ward of patients with leukemia during chemotherapy.Methods 50 patients with laminar flow leukemia treated in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods.The control group was received conventional nursing and the research group was received psychological nursing.Quality of life(QOL),general well being schedule(GWB),UCLA loneliness scale(UCLA),hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD)and interpersonal sensitivity were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups when the study group left the laminar flow ward(P>0.05).After six months of follow-up intervention,the scores of environmental field,social relationship field,physiological field and psychological field were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).UCLA and HAD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and GWB scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the laminar flow ward of leukemia patients during chemotherapy nursing,psychological nursing effect is ideal,can effectively improve the quality of life score of patients.
