药物联合(卡前列素氨丁三醇+米非司酮)保守治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者选择保守方案治疗(卡前列素氨丁三醇+米非司酮)的效果以及安全性。方法本次研究于2019年1月至2020年12月在本院进行,选取64例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,应用随机单盲方法将患者分为两组,每组32例。对照组患者为常规方法治疗,观察组应用卡前列素氨丁三醇+米非司酮药物治疗,对治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗后,观察组子宫大小和子宫肌瘤大小减少更明显,观察组患者的月经期和月经量改善情况优于对照组,观察组患者的胰岛素样生长因子-1受体、转化生长因子β1受体、表皮生长因子受体指标数据低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应出现情况,以及治疗前的指标数据不存在较大差异。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮药物治疗子宫肌瘤效果比较明显,安全性比较理想,能改善子宫肌瘤生长因子受体水平,临床具备一定的治疗优势。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of conservative treatment(carboprost tromethamine+mifepristone)for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods This study was conducted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,64 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the objects and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,while patients in the observation group were treated with carboprost tromethamine and mifepristone,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Result After treatment,the uterine size and uterine fibroids size of the observation group decreased more significantly,the menstrual period and menstrual volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the index data of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor,transforming growth factor beta 1 receptor and epidermal growth factor receptor of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients and the index data before treatment.Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids has obvious effect and ideal safety,which can improve the level of growth factor receptor of uterine leiomyoma.It has certain clinical advantages.
