阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价精神分裂症后抑郁症状行阿立哌唑治疗的可行性,为精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者临床用药工作提供参考。方法选择我院精神科2017年3月至2018年10月收治治疗的精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者,总计88例。结合用药方案,进行88例精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者随机分组(对照组、试验组)。对照组44例患者采取利培酮治疗,试验组44例患者采取阿立哌唑治疗。对比两组精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者的抑郁症状、精神状况、生活质量评分变化情况。结果对比对照组患者,试验组精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者治疗后抑郁症状、精神状况、生活质量评分对比治疗前明显改善,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论对比利培酮,阿立哌唑治疗在缓解精神分裂症患者抑郁症方面价值突出,在减轻患者抑郁症状的同时提高了患者的生活质量,进而促进患者预后。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of aripiprazole in the treatment of post schizophrenic depression,and to provide reference for clinical medication of post schizophrenic depression.Methods Eighty-eight patients with post depressive symptoms of schizophrenia were selected from the psychiatry department of our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018.Eighty-eight patients with post schizophrenia depression were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with risperidone and 44 patients in the experimental group were treated with aripiprazole.Compared with two group,the changes of depression symptoms,mental status and quality of life scores of the patients with post schizophrenia depression were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of post-treatment depression,mental state and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and because of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with risperidone,aripiprazole treatment has outstanding value in alleviating the depression of schizophrenic patients,improving the quality of life of patients while alleviating the depressive symptoms,thus promoting the prognosis of patients.
