氯氮平联合齐拉西酮替代长期氯氮平治疗精神分裂症后对血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氯氮平联合齐拉西酮替代长期氯氮平治疗精神分裂症后对血脂的影响。方法选310例长期使用氯氮平(氯氮平≥150 mg/d)的精神分裂症患者,应用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,并分别采用药物齐拉西酮联合氯氮平和维持单用氯氮平进行治疗,比较治疗后对血脂的影响。结果试验组治疗后患者的血清中胆固醇(CH)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用氯氮平与齐拉西酮联合对比单用氯氮平对患者进行治疗,能够降低血清中CH、TG、LDL-C水平,改善血脂异常,治疗效果显著。Objective To study the effect of clozapine combined with ziprasidone instead of long-term clozapine on blood lipids in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 310 patients with schizophrenia who used clozapine for a long time(clozapine≥150 mg/d)were randomly divided into test group and control group,they were treated with clozapine combined with ziprasidone and maintained with clozapine alone,respectively,to compare the effects of treatment on blood lipids.Results The mean values of serum cholesterol(CH),triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clozapine combined with ziprasidone can reduce serum levels of CH,TG,LDL-C and improve dyslipidemia in patients treated with clozapine alone,the treatment is very effective.
