比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的在进行子宫肌瘤的手术治疗方案中对比腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤切除术的临床治疗效果。方法所有患者均为2019年1月至2019年12月收治,选择其中98例作为研究对象,根据患者治疗意愿,其中40例对照组进行开腹子宫肌瘤切除手术治疗,58例观察组进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和并发症发生概率。结果月经周期和持续时间:对照组分别为(31.03±3.68)d、(5.32±2.08)d,观察组分别为(30.98±3.63)d、(5.31±2.10)d,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组出并发症占比6.90%(4/58),对照组占比37.50%(15/40),观察组的并发症发生概率较对照组更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的术中出血量更多,手术时间更少,术后肛门首次排气时间以及住院时间更短,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤数量少、直径小可选择腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除手术,术后恢复更快,伤口更小,并发症少。Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic myomectomy and open hysteromyomectomy in the surgical treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods All patients were treated from January 2019 to December 2019 probability of occurrence,ninety-eight of them were selected as the study subjects.According to the patients'treatment intention,40 cases in the control group were treated with open hysteromyomectomy,and 58 cases in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The menstrual cycle and duration were(31.03±3.68)days and(5.32±2.08)days in the control group and(30.98±3.63)days and(5.31±2.10)days in the observation group,respectively,with no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).Complications accounted for 6.90%(4/58)in the observation group and 37.50%(15/40)in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than those of the control group.Compared with the control group,the bleeding volume in the observation group was more,the operation time was less,the first time of anal exhaust after operation and the hospitalization time were shorter,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy can be used for the treatment of Hysteromyoma with small size and small number.It has faster recovery,smaller wound and fewer complications.
