甲状腺激素水平的检测对抑郁症患者血清的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺激素水平的临床检测对抑郁症患者血清的意义分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市中医医院的80例抑郁症患者,40例患有单相抑郁症的患者为单相组,40例患有双相抑郁症的患者,作为双相组。选取40名健康体检者为对照组,用化学发光免疫分析法检测三组游离3碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH),并比较分析3组患者血清游离甲状腺激素变化情况。结果单相组患者血清游离FT3、FT4水平低于对照组和双相组患者,TSH水平高于对照组和双相组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双相组血清游离FT3、FT4水平明显高于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者来说,其血清甲状腺激素水平有别于正常人,且对抑郁症类型不同的患者来说,其甲状腺激素水平存在差异。单相抑郁症患者由于甲状腺功能减退,应注重心理康复。双相抑郁症患者,血清中存在较高浓度游离甲状腺激素,临床应重视药物治疗。Objective To explore the significance of clinical detection of thyroid hormone levels in serum of patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression in Dalian traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.40 patients with unipolar depression were divided into unipolar group and 40 patients with bipolar depression were divided into bipolar group.40 healthy people were selected as the control group.Free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay in the three groups,and the changes of serum free thyroid hormone in the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of serum free FT3 and FT4 in the monophasic group were lower than those in the control group and bipolar group,and the level of TSH in the monophasic group was higher than that in the control group and bipolar group(P<0.05);The levels of serum free FT3 and FT4 in biphasic group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the level of TSH in biphasic group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with depression,the serum thyroid hormone level is different from that of normal people,and for patients with different types of depression,the thyroid hormone level is different.Patients with unipolar depression should pay attention to psychological rehabilitation because of hypothyroidism.In patients with bipolar depression,there is a high concentration of free thyroid hormone in serum,so we should pay attention to drug treatment.
