摘 要:新建广州南沙港铁路跨洪奇沥水道特大桥主桥采用(138+2×360+138) m钢桁梁柔性拱,为了降低钢桁梁用钢量,克服传统明桥面轨道结构几何形位不易保持、养修工作量大的缺点,在总结分析既有钢桁梁桥上轨道结构优缺点的基础上,结合大跨度钢桁梁结构特点,提出大跨度钢桁梁桥上铺设轨枕板式轨道结构的设计方案,并对轨道结构组成部分进行选型和优化设计,同时对轨枕板式轨道整体稳定性进行检算。研究表明:轨枕板式轨道结构具有质量小、轨道几何形位保持能力强、养修工作量小等优点;轨枕板式轨道结构通过连接螺栓和限位圆管进行限位,轨枕结构整体稳定性满足要求;轨道结构板下垫层宜选用高聚物混凝土材料。The main bridge of the newly-built Nansha Port Railway Bridge across Hongqili Waterway in Guangzhou adopts(138+2×360+138)m steel truss girder flexible arch.In order to reduce steel consumption of the steel truss girder and overcome the disadvantages of the traditional open deck track structure,such as the difficulty to maintain geometric shape and heavy maintenance workload,the design scheme of laying sleeper plate track structure on long-span steel truss bridge is proposed based on the summary and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the track structure on existing steel truss bridge and in view of the structural characteristics of long-span steel truss beam.The components of track structure are analyzed.Meanwhile,the overall stability of sleeper slab track is checked.The research results show that the sleeper slab track structure has the advantages of small quality,strong track geometric shape and position keeping ability,and small maintenance and repair workload.The sleeper slab track structure is held in place by connecting bolts and limit tube,and the overall stability of sleeper structure meets the requirements.The cushion under the track structure slab should be made of high polymer concrete.
