紫穗槐种子提取物对植物病原真菌的抑菌作用研究

摘  要:以紫穗槐种子为原料,选择柑橘青霉、绿霉菌为供试菌,以菌落直径大小为抑菌效果指标,通过菌丝生长速率法分析各萃取物不同浓度下对这两种真菌的抑菌作用,旨在为紫穗槐种子提取物作为植物源抑菌药物开发提供参考依据。试验结果表明,三种萃取物对青霉菌的抑菌效果普遍高于对绿霉菌的抑菌效果,且各萃取物的抑菌效果均随浓度升高抑菌率增大,对供试菌种的抑制表现出一定的浓度依赖性,而三种萃取物中又以乙酸乙酯萃取物的抑菌率最高,在20 mg/mL浓度下对青霉菌、绿霉菌的抑菌率达到52.47%、41.46%。因此,紫穗槐种子不同萃取物对柑橘青霉菌、绿霉菌均具有不同的抑菌效果,其中乙酸乙酯萃取物抑菌效果最好。In this experiment,Amorpha fruticosa seeds are selected as raw material,Penicillium cirus and Chloromyces as test fungi,and colony diameter as the antibacterial effect index.The antibacterial effect of each extract on the two kinds of fungi is analyzed by the mycelial growth rate method,aiming to provide a reference for the development of plant-derived antibacterial drugs with the extracts.The results show that the inhibitory effects of the three extracts on Penicillium cirus are generally higher than those on Chloromyces,and the antibacterial effect of each extract increases with the increase of the concentration,there is a certain concentration dependence in the aspect of the inhibition of the tested strains,and antibacterial rate of ethyl acetate extract is the highest among the three extracts.The inhibition rate of Penicillium cirus and Chloromyces at the concentration of 20 mg/mL is 52.47%and 41.46%.Therefore,different extracts of Amorpha fruticosa seeds have different antibacterial effects on Penicillium cirus and Chloromyces,and the ethyl acetate extract has the best antibacterial effect.
