摘 要:针对用传统最小二乘法进行直线拟合的过程易受孤立点和噪声点影响的问题,提出了基于复合差商的最小二乘法,并将该算法应用于内存槽的角度检测。该算法包括:对图像预处理后采用Canny算子进行边缘检测,并在得到内存槽的边缘信息后保存边缘点坐标;利用复合差商剔除干扰点,使拟合所得直线更接近内存槽的真实边缘。通过工业现场验证,该算法的检测精度高,对直线拟合的准确率高达99.8%,明显高于其他拟合算法,且能够提高检测效率,满足工业生产的准确性和实时性要求。In view of the problem that the traditional minimum diplication method is susceptible to isolated points and noise points,a minimum di factor based on composite differential is proposed,and this method is applied to the detection of memory slot angle.After image pre-processing,Canny Edge detects the edge information of the memory strip and saves the edge point coordinates.By using composite differentials to eliminate interference points,the fitted line is brought closer to the true edge of the memory slot.Through the experimental verification of industrial field,the accuracy of this method is significantly higher than that of other fitting algorithms(Its accuracy is as high as 99.8%),and the detection efficiency is improved,which can better meet the requirements of industrial production accuracy and real-time performance.
