摘　　要：工业机器人越来越多的应用于各个行业,然而铸造行业受其利润低、粉尘污染大等因素影响,很少用户配套使用,开发了一条自动化V法线,使用机器人拔除浇冒口,代替了繁重的人工劳动,提高了工作效率,效果良好。Industrial robots are increasingly used in various industries.However,due to factors such as low profits and large dust pollution,they are rarely used by users in the foundry industry.One set of automatic V method casting line has been developed.The robot has been used to remove the sprue riser which replaces heavy manual labor and improves work efficiency with good results.
