摘　　要：目的观察新Bobath技术结合肌内效贴布治疗卒中后肩痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2019年7月~2020年5月入院的脑卒中后肩痛患者80例,按照随机数字分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组使用肌内效贴布治疗,研究组使用肌内效贴布结合新Bobath技术训练。采用视觉模拟法(VAS)、上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评价患者疼痛及上肢功能的变化。比较两组治疗后VAS评分及上肢FMA评分。结果治疗后研究组VAS评分为(3.74±1.24)分,与对照组的(4.26±1.18)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组上肢FMA评分为(28.07±6.31)分,高于对照组的(21.32±4.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新Bobath技术结合肌内效贴布治疗能更有效的改善卒中后肩痛,提高上肢运动功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the new Bobath technique combined with intramuscular patch in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain who were admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random numbers,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intramuscular patch,and the research group was treated with intramuscular patch combined with new Bobath technique training.Visual simulation method(VAS)and upper limb Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA)were used to evaluate the patient's pain and upper limb function changes.The VAS score and upper limb FMA score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was(3.74±1.24)points,compared with the control group(4.26±1.18)points,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,the upper limb FMA score of the study group was(28.07±6.31)points,which was higher than that of the control group(21.32±4.16)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new Bobath technique combined with intramuscular patch treatment can more effectively improve post-stroke shoulder pain and improve upper limb motor function.
