摘　　要：在监狱场域中,基层民警在执法工作中离不开对非正式权力的建构与运用。文章围绕警囚在日常生活中的几个案例,归纳出监狱基层治理中民警基于知识、情境创设及道义的三种非正式权力的建构,并探讨了非正式权力在狱内有效运行的原因。In the field of prison,the grass-roots police cannot do without the construction and application of informal power in the law enforcement work.This paper summarizes three kinds of police’s informal power construction based on knowledge,situation creation as well as morality,during the process of prison grass-roots governance and discusses the reasons for the effective operation of informal power in prison.
