摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度的不断增加,生产地质条件愈加恶劣,在一些老旧、变形严重或地质条件复杂的巷道,设备和原材料的运输越来越困难,巷道修复变得愈加难以实施。通过对现有喷浆机的优化改进,提出了巷道支护的长距离集中喷浆方案。现场试验结果表明:改进后的喷浆方案,能够实现长距离集中喷浆作业,更好地满足井下支护需要,不仅节约了施工时的人力成本和时间成本,同时极大地保证了作业环境的安全空间。长距离喷浆方案优化了锚网喷注联合支护体系与工艺,解决了煤矿因特殊的工况条件不能实现喷浆的难题。With the continuous increase of coal mining depth,the production geological conditions had became more and more severe.In some old,severely deformed or complex geological conditions,the transportation of equipment and raw materials had became more and more difficult,and the roadway repair had became more and more difficult to implement.Through the optimization and improvement of the existing shotcrete machine,a long-distance centralized shotcrete solution for roadway support was proposed.Field test results showed that the improved shotcreting scheme couldn achieved long-distance centralized shotcreting operations and better meet the needs of underground support.It not only saved labor and time costs during construction,but also greatly ensured the operating environment.The long-distance shotcreting scheme optimized the bolt-net-and-spray combined supporting system and technology,and solved the problem that the coal mine cannot achieve shotcreting due to special working conditions.
