摘 要:根据导弹装备技术保障流程,构建了导弹装备技术保障能力评估指标体系,针对体系中既含有定量指标又包括定性指标的特点,提出了基于云模型的导弹装备技术保障能力评估方法。首先采用AHP法将系统指标分层并确定指标权重,然后运用云重心评价法对导弹装备技术保障能力进行了评估,给出了算法过程,并验证了评估结果的有效性,为导弹装备技术保障能力评估提供了一种新的思路。According to the technical support process of missile equipment,the evaluation index system of missile equipment technical support capability is constructed.Aiming at the characteristics of both quantitative and qualitative indexes in the system,a method for the evaluation of missile equipment technical support capability is proposed based on cloud model.Firstly,the AHP method is used to stratify the system indicators and determine the index weight.Then the cloud barycenter method is used to evalu⁃ate the missile equipment technical support capability,algorithm process is given and validity of the evaluation results is verified.This method provides a new way to evaluate the evaluation of missile equipment technical support capability.
