高校外语智库服务“ 一带一路” 建设的构想

摘　　要：作为提供决策咨询与建议、共享知识与智慧及培养与输送高端外语人才的重要阵地,高校外语智库在推进“一带一路”建设的进程中起着举足轻重的作用。“一带一路”倡议深度建设过程中,高校外语智库在外语教育规划、语言人才培养及语言服务方面可以充分发挥其咨政建言的重要功能。As an important institution to provide decision-making consultation and advice,share knowledge and wisdom,and cultivate and transport high-end foreign language talents,university foreign language think tank plays an important role in promoting the development strategy of“One Belt,One Road”.In the process of“One Belt,One Road”strategic deep implementation,university foreign language think tanks can give full play to the important functions of their advisory opinions in foreign language education planning,language talent training and language service.
