摘　　要：目的:探析GD350-P型高频电刀手术治疗仪在眼袋整形中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2019年3月~2019年12月收治的116例眼袋整形患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为2组,每组58例,对照组给予肌皮瓣眼袋常规整形术,观察组选择GD350-P型高频电刀手术治疗仪,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率、术中出血量、满意度均优于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GD350-P型高频电刀手术治疗仪在眼袋整形中效果显著,可有效降低术中出血量和并发症发生率,患者满意度高。Objective:Explore the effect of GD350-P high frequency electrosurgical instrument on pouch plastic surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 116 cases of pouch plastic surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into two groups by according to different treatment methods,58 cases in each group,the control group was treated with myocutaneous pouch plastic surgery,the observation group was treated with GD350-P high frequency electrosurgical instrument,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of complications,intraoperative bleeding and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:GD350-P high frequency electrosurgical instrument has a significant effect on pouch plastic surgery,can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications,and has a high degree of patient satisfaction.
