摘 要:同位素^(13)C标记的磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)法,可以追踪有微生物参与的碳循环过程,并且揭示微生物在此过程中的功能,PLFA法在微生物生态研究中已经被广泛应用。通过查阅国内外相关文献,归纳总结了^(13)C标记的PLFA法在微生物介导的植物-土壤碳循环中的应用,包括植物残体的微生物分解、土壤激发效应、丛枝菌根、光合作用产物的微生物利用及其在甲烷氧化菌、浮游植物等特定微生物上的应用。在此基础上,对其在中药生态种植研究领域进行展望,包括丛枝菌根增加药用植物抗逆性、缓解连作障碍和非药用部位堆肥还田。The isotope^(13)C-labeled phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA)analysis can track the carbon cycle involving microorganisms and reveal the functions of microorganisms in this process.This method has been widely used in microbial ecology.In this paper,through literature research,the application of^(13)C-labeled PLFA analysis in microorganisms-mediated plant-soil carbon cycle,including microbial decomposition of plant residues,soil priming effect,arbuscular mycorrhiza,and microbial utilization of photosynthesis products,and in specific microorganisms such as methane-oxidizing bacteria and phytoplankton,was summarized.On this basis,the potential of this method in ecological planting of Chinese medicinal plants was analyzed,such as(arbuscular mycorrhiza)enhancing the resistance of medicinal plants,alleviating continuous cropping obstacles,and turning non-medicinal parts into fertilizers by composting.
