摘  要:陈皮挥发油香气独特、组成成分复杂、活性显著,应用广泛。文章综述了陈皮挥发油的提取方法、活性成分及应用研究。陈皮挥发油提取方式多样,其成分与陈皮品种、贮藏时间、炮制方法和提取方法等相关。故文章分析了陈皮挥发油的研究现状,对陈皮挥发油的应用前景进行了展望,以期为陈皮挥发油的进一步研究提供参考。The essential oils from Citrus reticulata Blanco are widely used because of their unique aroma,complex components and remarkable activity.The extraction methods,active components and application of essential oils from Citrus reticulata Blanco are reviewed in this paper.The extraction methods of essential oils from Citrus reticulata Blanco are varied,and their components are related to the variety,storage time,processing methods and extraction methods of Citrus reticulata Blanco.Therefore,the research status of volatile oils from Citrus reticulata Blanco is analyzed,and the application prospect of volatile oils from Citrus reticulata Blanco is prospected,in order to provide reference for the further research on volatile oils from Citrus reticulata Blanco.
