摘　　要：视神经胶质瘤(ONGs)是视路胶质瘤(OPGs)的一种,其发病率较低,仅占儿童颅内肿瘤的1%,既可散在单发也可与Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病(NF1)并发。ONGs具有独特的临床特征,病程多变且难以预测,准确的诊断及合理的治疗方式目前仍存在争议。本文围绕ONGs的临床特征、诊断及治疗研究进展进行综述,以期对该病的治疗及后续研究提供参考。Optic nerve gliomas(ONGs)are one type of optic pathway gliomas(OPGs),enjoying low incidence;they accounts for only 1%of intracranial tumors in children.They can either occur sporadically or complicate with neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1).ONGs have unique clinical features,and the courses of diseases are variable and difficult to predict.Accurate diagnosis and reasonable treatment are controversial.This review focuses on the clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of ONGs,in order to provide references for the treatment and follow-up research of ONGs.
