摘  要:为使无砟轨道结构更好地适应城市轨道交通的铺设和运营环境,基于半矢法布板方法和曲线地段轨道板超高设置原则,分析了不同长度、宽度的轨道板对不同曲线线形的适应性;建立弹性地基梁板模型,分析了不同宽度、厚度的轨道板对轨道结构受力的影响;再结合扣件预埋套筒、轨道板配筋及盾构断面对轨道板尺寸的基本要求,给出轨道板尺寸建议值。建议城市轨道交通一般及中等减振地段预制轨道标准板采用P4700板和P3500板,板宽2300 mm,厚200 mm。P4700轨道板用于直线地段及半径大于等于400 m的曲线地段,P3500轨道板用于半径小于400 m的曲线地段。In order to make the ballastless track structure adapt to the laying and operation environment of urban rail transit better,the adaptability of track slab with different length and width to different curve shape was analyzed based on half versine layout method and the principle of superelevation setting of track slab in curve section.The beam slab model of elastic foundation was established,and the influence of track slab with different width and thickness on track structure was analyzed.Combined with the basic requirements of fastener embedded sleeve,track slab reinforcement and shield section for track slab dimension,the recommended value of track slab dimension was given.It is suggested that P4700 slab and P3500 slab should be used for precast track standard slab in general and medium vibration reduction sections of urban rail transit,with a width of 2300 mm and a thickness of 200 mm.P4700 track slab is used in straight section and curve section where the radius is greater than or equal to 400 m,and P3500 track slab is used in curve section where the radius is less than 400 m.
