摘  要:为研究茶多酚对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质及抗氧化功能的影响,试验选择240头体重相近、胎次一致、健康的生长猪,应用完全随机单因素试验,设计5组,每组8个重复,每个重复6头猪,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组依次在基础日粮中添加300、400、500、600 mg/kg的茶多酚,试验期为30 d。试验结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组和3组的平均日增重显著增加11.44%、9.78%(P<0.05),试验1组和试验4组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验2组的料重比较对照组显著降低8.02%(P<0.05),其他试验组的料重比略低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间的末重、平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验2组的大理石纹评分较对照组显著提高29.34%(P<0.05),其他试验组比对照组略有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验2组和3组的剪切力较对照组显著降低11.69%、9.00%(P<0.05),试验1组和4组略低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。血液抗氧化方面:试验2、3、4组的总抗氧化能力较对照组显著提高27.03%、22.70%、27.57%(P<0.05);试验1、2、3、4组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶较对照组显著提高7.35%、9.38%、8.45%、7.79%(P<0.05);试验2组的丙二醛含量较对照组显著降低8.01%(P<0.05)。肝脏抗氧化方面:试验1、2、3、4组的总抗氧化能力较对照组显著提高10.42%、22.92%、41.67%、31.25%(P<0.05);试验2、3、4组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶较对照组显著提高13.16%、12.40%、12.33%(P<0.05);试验2、3、4组的丙二醛含量较对照组显著降低27.24%、24.73%、25.45%(P<0.05)。综上所述,在生长育肥猪日粮中添加茶多酚可以提高其生长性能、改善肉品质及增强抗氧化功能,适宜添加量为400 mg/kg。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of tea polyphenols on the growth performance,meat quality and antioxidant function of growing and finishing pigs.240 growing pigs with similar body weight,consistent parity and healthy were selected to apply a completely randomized single factor experiment.5 groups were designed,each group 8 replicates,each with 6 pigs.The control group was fed with a basic diet,and the experimental group added 300,400,500,600 mg/kg of tea polyphenols to the basic diet in turn.The test period was 30 days.The test results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of the test 2 and 3 groups increased by 11.44%and 9.78%(P<0.05),and the test 1 and 4 groups were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05);the feed-to-weight ratio of the test 2 group was 8.02%significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the feed-to-weight ratio of the other test groups were slightly lower than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The difference between weight and average daily feed intake was not significant(P>0.05).The marbling score of the test 2 group was 29.34%significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the other test groups were slightly higher than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the shear force of the test 2 and 3 groups was significantly reduced by 11.69%and 9.00%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The test groups 1 and 4 were slightly lower than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Blood antioxidant:the total antioxidant capacity of test groups 2,3 and 4 were significantly increased by 27.03%,22.70%and 27.57%(P<0.05)compared with the control group;the glutathione peroxidase of test groups 1,2,3 and 4 was significantly increased by 7.35%,9.38%,8.45%,7.79%compared with the control group(P<0.05);the content of malondialdehyde in the test 2 group was 8.01%significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of liver antioxidant capacit
