摘 要:为了减缓钢筋锈蚀从而保证混凝土结构稳固,采用中温锌-锰系磷化工艺对钢筋进行磷化处理。表征了磷化钢筋腐蚀前后的外观,同时研究了温度对磷化膜的微观形貌和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:磷化钢筋腐蚀前后的外观有所不同,磷化膜覆盖性良好。温度对磷化膜的微观形貌和耐腐蚀性能有较大影响,温度较低时(56℃)形成的磷化膜很薄且不完整,耐蚀性能较差,对裸钢筋起不到有效防护。而温度太高(75℃)时形成的磷化膜较粗糙,耐蚀性能下降。63℃条件下形成的磷化膜完整且较致密,对裸钢筋起到良好的防护效果,磷化处理后的钢筋腐蚀程度较轻。In order to reduce the corrosion of reinforcement and ensure the stability of concrete structure,the reinforcement was treated by medium-temperature zinc-manganese phosphating process.The appearance of phosphated reinforcement before and after corrosion was characterized,and the effect of temperature on the micromorphology and corrosion resistance of phosphating film was studied.The results showed that the appearance of phosphated reinforcement was different before and after corrosion,and the phosphating film has good spreadability.Temperature has great influence on the micromorphology and corrosion resistance of phosphating film.The phosphating film prepared at low temperature(56℃)was very thin and incomplete and with poor corrosion resistance,which has no obvious protection effect on bare reinforcement.However,when the temperature was too high(75℃),the phosphating film was rough and its corrosion resistance was decreased.The phosphating film formed at 63℃was complete and compact and it has better protection effect on bare reinforce‐ment,so the corrosion degree of the reinforcement after phosphating treatment at 63℃was slightly.
